ORDERING: Pro-Bound® Sports, LLC representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time. Orders can be placed by phone, mail, fax or web. No minimum order is required. A $10.00 handling fee will be charged for orders less than $50.00. Orders can be placed with a Purchase Order; Visa; MasterCard or personal check. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available. There is a $25.00 handling fee on all returned checks. Credit Card orders will be charged an additional 5% on total order for processing.
TERMS: Terms are NET 30 days from the date of shipment with a purchase order and approved credit. Credit applications are available. All past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month (18% per year) interest charge and collection costs. All discounts are void on past due accounts. Shipments on past due accounts will be discontinued.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice. Products will be invoiced at prices in effect on day of shipment. You will be contacted for shipping authorization only if there is more than a 10% increase. Prices for items found in previous catalogs no longer apply. Sales Tax will be applied to all Kansas orders.
FREIGHT: All freight is FOB factory. Products may be shipped UPS, or common carrier. If needing special handling (i.e. inside delivery, residential or lift gate), please call for shipping costs.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Pro-Bound® Sports, LLC. Returned goods must be accompanied by Pro-Bounds® Sports return authorization number which is obtained by furnishing us with an invoice number, catalog number, date of purchase, and reason for return. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid. Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking charge plus applicable damage or freight costs.
The athletic/sports activities associated with the products in this catalog involve a risk of accidental injury. Use of these products without proper supervision could be dangerous and should not be permitted. The user of this equipment should not exceed their own limitations or the limitations of the equipment. Equipment should be inspected before each use for damage, deterioration and stability and be repaired or replaced as necessary to ensure safety.
